What to Expect
Asana and Aerobic Exercises (45 minutes)

Requirements
Platform: Google Meet, for you to join from the comfort of your home.
Batches: Batch 1 - 7:00- 8:00 a.m.
Batch 2- 10:00- 11:00 a.m.
Frequency: Batch 1 - Monday- Friday
Batch 2- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
